Earlier this year, I noticed a Squirrel trying to figure a way to get the bird seed from the bird feeder. As I continued watching, he starting to get things figure out. He first climbed out the limb of a nearby tree, then with one leap he was now upon the roof of the bird feeder, still unable to reach the seed. I sat motionless, with my camera ready to capture what was about to happen. The Squirrel locked his nails firmly into the roof of the bird feeder and like a circus acrobat, dangled upside down to get the seed and to earn the name "Bird Feeder Bandit".
